Welcome to my Website. On April 26th, 2004, my owner, Carolyn, sent me off into the world to do some travelling. She created a special website for me to show you where I've been. Hopefully, some people will e-mail me along the way and let my owner know that all is well.

Spirit Camera is on it's way!

April 26th, 2004, 7:43am Pacific Time- I sent SpiritCamera off from work. Before starting, I found someone from Seattle, Washington. I convinced him to start this journey off for the camera and I became part of the first picture, with me in front of work. . Just for him, I decided to extend the 24 hr time limit that people have to keep the camera so that he can take it back down with him as he will be in this area for a few days, and I want to get it out of town. So, who knows where it will be going now! Here's hoping, anyway. And I hope that I receive the occasional message on its whereabouts.
June 25th, 2004- Speaking of message posts, the company that has been running SpiritCamera's message board has been recently closed. So for now, please e-mail me any messages at SpiritCamera's e-mail address below. Sorry!
December 5th, 2004- SpiritCamera IS alive! I just got an e-mail from a person confirming that she saw it in November.
Hi Carolyn, I just wanted to let you know that the camera is still alive or at least it was on November 13th. My sister met a guy on her way to my wedding who gave her the camera. She took a picture at the wedding reception and the camera was passed along. I hope that it makes its way home :) Super idea, can't wait to see the pictures. Julie.
***December 20th- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT PERSON IN POSSESSION OF SPIRITCAMERA** This site was down for at least a few days due to problems caused by a server change at Freeservers. If anyone out there who currently has the camera, and views the website before sending the camera off, can you please write spiritcamera's e-mail address on the package(and/or) on the travel's log as a backup if this page gets somehow cancelled. And could you please e-mail me to let me know that you added the e-mail address to it. This temporary disappearance made me think of how much I do not want to lose contact with the camera and want to see it come back to me sometime in the future. Thank you.
